Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains the rules regarding refunds and cancellation for digital courses purchased on Eliyate Finance Academy.

Immediate Access

Our courses are digital products delivered immediately upon purchase. Before completing your purchase, you may be asked to expressly request immediate access. If you do not consent to immediate access, the purchase cannot be completed.

Cancellation Rights

Under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981, a consumer purchasing a digital product that is supplied immediately after purchase may have limited or no cancellation rights once the product has been supplied, subject to the terms agreed at the time of purchase.

When a Refund May Be Granted

• Duplicate payment: If you were charged twice for the same purchase.
• Unauthorized payment: If your payment method was used without authorization.
• Technical failure: If a technical issue attributable to us prevents access and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.
• Non-delivery: If the purchased course was never made accessible after payment.
• Statutory rights: Any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law are not affected.

Chargebacks

If you dispute a payment with your bank, we may provide evidence of your purchase, consent, access, and course usage. Please contact us first — we prefer to resolve issues directly.
