Eliyate Finance Academy provides digital educational courses on financial topics. All content is for educational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
You must be at least 18 years old or have legal guardian consent to use our platform.
You must create an account to purchase and access courses. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Each account is personal — sharing credentials with others is prohibited.
Courses are one-time digital purchases unless stated otherwise. Prices are displayed before purchase. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. After successful payment, you receive access instructions and an order confirmation.
Our Refund Policy explains the applicable rules. Digital courses are delivered immediately after purchase. You may be asked to expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that once supply begins, cancellation rights may be limited as permitted by applicable law, including the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981.
Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to access the course for your own education. You do not obtain any ownership or intellectual property rights.
You may not: share your account, copy or redistribute materials, resell access, publish quiz/exam answers, scrape the platform, download content in bulk, or use the platform for any commercial or illegal purpose.
All course content — including lessons, modules, quizzes, PDFs, videos, graphics, branding, logo, design, and databases — is the exclusive property of Eliyate Finance. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. We will provide notice where practicable.
Courses are educational only. We do not guarantee financial results, uninterrupted availability, or that information will never become outdated. To the extent permitted by applicable law, including Israeli law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, subject to mandatory consumer protections applicable in your country of residence.
